Project Overview
Apex Strategy Group is a consulting company that helps large businesses solve problems and grow faster. Even though they were very good at their work, most of their clients came through referrals that were neither stable nor predictable. In 2026, AMG Innovative worked with Apex Strategy Group to build a proper Digital Strategy & Transformation system. The goal was to help Apex get regular, high-quality B2B leads and become more visible and trusted in the market.
Objectives
The main goal was to move Apex away from random referrals and to build a reliable lead-generation system. AMG Innovative also wanted to increase Apex’s visibility in the tech and mid-size business market. Another goal was to turn Apex’s internal methods and experience into useful products like guides and frameworks. Finally, the project aimed to create a data-driven system so Apex could track performance and grow in a scalable way.

Audit & Discovery – The Partner’s Dilemma
AMG Innovative found that Apex’s business growth was unstable. Some months they had many clients, and other months very few. Although Apex had worked with big companies, most of their success stories were hidden because of NDAs, so new clients could not see their real value. Also, many mid-size tech companies did not know about Apex, even though they needed their services the most.

AMG Innovative’s Diagnostic Approach
AMG Innovative studied Apex’s past projects from the last three years to understand why clients decided to work with them. They found common problems that clients faced and how their emotions changed from first contact to long-term partnership. AMG also analyzed other consulting firms and noticed that most competitors only shared theory, not practical solutions. Through workshops, AMG helped Apex collect its internal knowledge, real client experiences, and successful methods using Customer Journey Mapping & UX Research, and then turned all this into a clear, repeatable growth system.

LinkedIn was chosen as the main platform to build trust and connect with the right B2B audience. A long-term lead nurturing system was planned to build relationships instead of just selling services. Implementation Strategy
Phase 1: Turning Knowledge into a Product
AMG Innovative created the “2026 Tech Leadership Playbook” using Apex’s real experience and proven methods as part of its Content Marketing & Lead Magnets strategy. The content focused on real challenges faced by B2B leaders. Client success stories were shared in a safe way without breaking NDAs. The playbook was written in simple language but still kept Apex’s expert image strong.
Phase 2: LinkedIn Growth System
AMG Innovative changed Apex’s LinkedIn strategy from normal posting to real conversations with people. They used real partner images and friendly messaging. Lead forms were added to make it easy for people to connect. The targeting was very specific, such as company size, leadership roles, and growth signals, to attract the right audience.
Phase 3: Trust-Based Nurturing System
